Therapy to Help You Feel Safe, Grounded, Present and Empowered
If you feel numb, overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in patterns you can’t explain, you may be living with unresolved trauma. I offer a safe, supportive space to gently process what your body and mind have been holding
Many of the challenges we experience—such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, anger, or feeling disconnected—can be rooted in unresolved trauma.
Trauma is not just what happened to you, but how your nervous system adapted to survive it.
You might be experiencing the effects of trauma if…
You feel numb or disconnected from yourself
You are constantly on edge or overwhelmed
You experience sudden anger or emotional reactions
You struggle to feel safe, even when nothing is wrong
You find yourself stuck in patterns you don’t understand
If this resonates, you’re not alone—and support is available.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I specialise in working with trauma and its impact on the nervous system, integrating humanistic counselling with somatic trauma therapy.
You are warmly invited to explore my website to learn more about me, my approach, and the the support I offer.

My Approach
My work is grounded in a humanistic, relational approach, guided by pluralistic therapy, meaning we work collaboratively to find what feels right for you.
I also integrate somatic (body-based) approaches, recognising that trauma is often held in the body—not just the mind. Together, we gently support your nervous system to find safety, regulation, and balance—at a pace that feels right for you
Distress in the body can look like anxiety, shallow breathing, anger, weight gain, weight loss, nausea, stomach pain, confrontational, numbness, detached, restless legs, feeling trapped, tense muscles, trembling, etc… Trauma can move us outside our window of tolerance—leaving us feeling either overwhelmed (anxiety, panic, anger) or shut down (numbness, disconnection).
In therapy, we work to gently bring you back into a place where you can feel more present, grounded, and in control.
