Trauma Therapy to Help You Feel Safe, Present, and Yourself Again

If you feel numb, overwhelmed, on edge, or stuck in patterns you can’t explain, you may be living with unresolved trauma. I offer a safe, supportive space to gently process what your body and mind have been holding

Many of the challenges we experience—such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, anger, or feeling disconnected—can be rooted in unresolved trauma.

Trauma is not just what happened to you, but how your nervous system adapted to survive it.

Whether your trauma experiences include childhood trauma, sexual abuse, grief and loss, or repeated stress, the effects can show up as:

  • Feeling disconnected or numb

  • Anxiety or panic

  • Anger or emotional overwhelm

  • Difficulty trusting or feeling safe

You don’t have to navigate this alone.

You are warmly invited to explore my website to learn more about me, my approach, and the the support I offer.

My Approach

I believe in addressing the needs of the whole person.  Often when we experience trauma, our bodies get stuck in flight, fright or freeze mode it will react in a way that it feels it needs to protect. Often that shield of protection stays stuck in the body and it causes distress in the body.

Distress can look like anxiety, shallow breathing, anger, weight gain, weight loss, nausea, stomach pain, confrontational, numbness, detached, restless legs, feeling trapped, tense muscles, trembling, etc…
